In January 2015 I bought my first home. My goal is to pay it off in under 20 years. My preferred goal is 15 years so the house would paid off when I am eligible to retire from my career (at 55) but would be happy with anything under 20 years.

My housemate moved out in early December. After a few small changes to the house I will be looking for a new roommate in 2017.

I also own a small business that I started in 2006. This is a company I would like to run in my retirement (planning for July 2029 at 55).

Flooring selected & half the house is done!
Hardwood in living/dining and office new carpet in renters room.
Select tile for baths and laundry.
Select flooring for master.

Replace master bath shower thing

Sell ceramic animals from yard
Move master bath door

add French doors off living room

Was a no spend day in terms of groceries, gas or sending fun money which is the money I track for no spend days.

I ate at home - and I took the day off work for a migraine that started yesterday.

I did pay some bills but that is planned spending I can't get away from - mortgage, gas, electric, etc.
